It works just like the blackbox on airplanes, recording video and audio as soon as your car starts. Installation is as easy as fitting the TK-980 over your existing rearview mirror. The lens has a 75-degree viewing angle and its direction is adjustable, which allows a wide coverage of the front of your car. An auxiliary input jack is provided for an additional camera if recording images while backing up is desired. Compared to a coventional car DVR, TK-980 has the advantage of easy installation, light in weight and having a 2.5" LCD screen for lens calibration and system setup.
