It is a kind of batch furnace .It can do surface treatment, especially surface black oxide coating, for PM iron based components and machined parts, in a pot by heated up vapor .It includes furnace chamber, elevate device, stiring blower, vapor boiler and temperature control system.

Cylinder furnace chamber includes furnace shell by steel blank and profilebars, liner by refractory materials. Heating elements are placed on special bricks on liner wall. In the middle there is a pot made of stainless steel and a stiring blower on the furnace cap.

Temperature control system includes thermocouples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR to realize precise and automatic temperature control.
