Digital Conference System (TL-V4000) | | | Product Feature | GONSIN TL-V4000 digital conference system offers a multi-functional conferencing solution that combines microphone management, delegate discussion, attendee registration, chairman priority, LCD display, chipcard reading, video switching, camera tracking, digital recording and software control.
The basic system on a central unit supports up to 70 delegate units and can be expanded to 200 terminals with additional extension units, ideally suited for use in a wide range of applications from state houses to hotels and from convention centers to boardrooms.

Three selectable microphone modes are available for delegate discussion:
OPEN - allows to select the number of delegate microphones from 1 to 4 which can be simultaneously active. The delegate microphones more than the preset number cannot be activated and are unable to register a request to speak.
FIFO - allows to select the number of delegate microphones from 1 to 4 which can be simultaneously active. On a FIFO (first in first out) basis, any delegate can override another delegate simply by activating the microphone, but cannot override the chairperson.
OPERATOR - allows to select the number of delegate microphones from 1 to 4 which can be simultaneously active. Up to 8 delegates more than the preset number can register a request and wait to speak, and can be switched off manually to cancel the request.

Three selectable microphone modes are available for delegate discussion:
Request to Speak - allows to set the number of delegate microphones from 1 to 4 which can be simultaneously active. The delegate microphone cannot be activated until a registered request is allowed by the operatot or chairperson.
Wait to Speak a?? the first delegate to push the MIC button gets the floor and the other delegates have to wait in queue. Only one speaker is allowed at one time.
Free to Speak a?? the first 4 delegates who request to speak can be activated. The next one cannot be active until the last one is turned off.
