Chipboard, fiberboard and veneer board are always used for the cabinet materials. These boards waste a lot of wood, are non-fireproof and non-waterproof. Although added anti-blushing agent, the effect is not obvious. What��s more, when moisture absorption, these boards will do harm to people��s safety and health due to mildew and swell. Most of the chipboards and fiberboards exceed the standard content of formaldehyde between 3mg/g�X9mg/g, even the E0 and E1 boards.

Researching with Taiwan CHP and Japan M&T for a long-term, our company presented a new cabinet board which is fireproof, waterproof, mildewproof, environmental, healthy and indeformable instead of chipboard, fiberboard and veneer board, especially used for water tank.

The characteristic of cabinet board:
1. Fireproofing: Achieving standard of GB8624-2006 Class A, the cabinet board is made of inorganic breeze, which is non-inflammable entirely above 90�J.
2. Waterproofing: The cabinet board is moistureproof, even if soaking it remains well and the performance keeps normal.
3. Mildewproofing: Inorganic breeze can restrain from mildew. Added environmental modifier, the cabinet board will be mildewproof, mothproof and environmental.
4. Environmentally friendly: We use natural mineral and fiber as raw materials that are not contain formaldehyde, benzene and asbestos.
5. Stable materials: The thermal expansion and contraction of physical property is stable. percentage of bulking factor��0.3%, percentage of dry shrinkage��0.2%
6. Lightweight and high strength: With unique reticular structure, the density of cabinet board is between 0.9-1.1. Mixed with tridimensional fiber reticulation, the impacting resistance and bending resistance will get more strength.
