1. Tension of material is controlled automatically and mechanically.
2. It can be adjusted by hand-wheel when positioning of product needs to be corrected.
3. Plaster shaping is done by cutting roller and products are possible to be made in various shapes.
4. Suitable for use on one single roll of packing paper for positioning the correct printing both on front and back side of the packing paper to fit in with each other.
5. Sealing and cutting, etc. are done by push- punch- type cutter.
6. Positioned cutting can be done after the printing mark detected by sensor of photoelectric.
7. Machine will automatically stop as soon as running out of material is detected by auto sensor.
8. Machine designed in horizontal position to facilitate the operating for production. And it is easy to change for making different specification of products and also very easy to do regular maintenance.
