Product Feature:

With Aspergillus niger in deep fermentation and process of abstraction. Glucoamylase is also called glucose starch enzyme, it can hydrolyze a-1.4 glucosidic bond from non-deoxidize tip of starch to get glucose, it also can hydrolyze a-1.6 glucose bond to get glucose. The activity of enzyme increases with the raising of temperature. When the temperature above 65J, the activity of enzyme declines rapidly with the increasing of temperature, suitable temperature is 60J, and suitable PH is 4.0-4.5. It applies in alcohol, millet wine, ethanol, beer, lactic acid. It uses in fermentation of antibiotic, organic acid, aminoacid, vitamin, and decomposition of oligose, it also uses to produce all specification of glucose. In all, it applies in the industry of hydrolyse starch, dextrin, oligose and so on.

Package: nontoxic plastic bucket, 25kg/bucket, or according to require.
Storage: this produce includes organic matter and biochemical material. Strong illumination, high temperature or humidity will bring enzyme inactivation, so please avoid solarization and drench during transportation and keep clean, ventilated, cool and dry in storage.
