This best grade black pepper is produced by right processing from begining: obtaining fresh matured green berries directly from farmers, threshing by motorised thresher to separate the stalks; blanching the berries in clean hot water, drying by mechanical dryer, then packing and storage under clean and hygiene conditions; monitoring and testing each critical points to ensure microbial load a minumum. (Low microbial load: meets Standard International Commission on Microbialogical Specifications for Foods (ICMSF) i.e free of E. Coli, Salmonella, live insects, excreta and with a total viable count of 5x10^4.)
