This machine is used to draw copper wire and stainless wire.
Main feature of the machine
1. This machine is a single wire drawing machine for copper wire, steel wire and stainless steel wire.
2. Machine main body is build by rigid iron coot.
3. Pulley has been balanced. Low vibration and low noise. Frist class belt driving, stable, high speed and low noise.
4. Automatic lubricating for main shaft and bearing with forced feed pump and filter to the perfect lubricating.
5. In case of power supply loosing or wire broken. Every running parts can be stopped synchronizing to save loss of a lot of damaged wire .
This machine has 3 main parts
Wire drawing parts
1. With area reduction?? step cones. It drives by pulley and flat belt.
Take up and tensile control part
1. Both wire drawing and spooler has an individual motor for precision cooperation the wire drawing speed also has a slanted pulley with individual motor and P. L.C. control program for full automatically without any manual adiustment.
Automatic lubricating part
2. Automatic lubricating for main shaft and bearing with forced feed pump and filter to ensure th perfect lubricating.
