 Product Feature | Portable sand blast machines are mainly used to clean bigger components on-site, like steel structure, bridge, big tank body, used for big tanks vessel repaire, pipe rust removing at oil field, container renew, etc, and generally used in open, or used in very big blast rooms.
The operator controls blasting from a remote control handle at the nozzle. Pressing the handle starts blasting; releasing it stops blasting.
Portable pressure blasting machines BTP4040, BTP4720, BTP6230 to be supplied with pressure blast machine fitted with remote control system, abrasive valve, moisture separator, 10 meter remote control hose, 10 meter heavy duty blast hose with nozzle holder, coupling and venturi boron carbide blast nozzle.
BTP(2)6230 to be supplied with two outlets allows two operators to work without interference.
Portable suction blasting machines BTA4848, BTA6060 to be supplied with suction blast machine fitted with electric remote control system, moisture separator, 10 meter remote control line, 10 meter blast hose with nozzle holder, coupling and straight bore boron carbide blast nozzle.
BTP4040, BTP4720, BTA4848 and BTA6060 are mobiled on 2 wheels and one leg or in stationary upon request, BTP6230 and BTP(2)6230 are supplied in stationary only.
