Polyester Putty made of this type of resin has very good polishing performance, excellent resistance to temperature changing and outstanding adhesive force ability. Pliability can reach less than 50mm, with high-temperature resistance of over 150A?A?. Mainly being applied to the leveling up and decoration of the blemishes, such as the drop pits of keelsons, pin-shaped cavities, crackles, and little welding lines etc. before closing the floating coat in the painting technics of passenger car to satisfy the leveling and smoothness of the keelsons before painting the surface. It is also of good toolability for glass reinforced plastics.

1, Products are packed with galvanized iron drums that are clean and dry. The net weight is 220kgs of resin per drum.

1, This unsaturated polyester putty is unsuitable to be used on the galvanized plates directly, but combines well with epoxy keelson.
