Costume outside material treated by water and oil repellent technology, which is of super water repellent and oil repellent fantastic characteristics, can form water repellent function like lotus leaf (Liquid moves in the surface of fabrics like mercury). At the same time, the treated outside material, such as cotton, wool, silk, flax, mix spinning, synthetics and cloth with soft nap, etc. can keep any feature and characteristic of primary fabric (air permeability and moisture permeability, etc.) without containing any chemical element that is harmful to human body.2. During processing fabrics being treated into slopwork, there is no change to making clothing and no damage to water repellent feature presented by treated fabrics (such as cutting out, making up and ironing at high temperature, etc.), so that it is suitable for large-scale industrial production.3. After being treated by nanometer interface water and oil repellent technology, form a layer of stable air interface protecting membrane, which can be waterproof, oil-proof and dust-proof. No matter what beverage, flavoring, edible oil and dust, etc. couldna??t infiltrate easily to dirty fabrics.4. After being treated by nanometer interface water and oil repellent technology, fabrics have features of environment protection, no pollution and no toxin.7. The waterproof capability is up to fifth grade and oil-proof capability is up to sixth grade .8. After machine wash 30 times (15 minutes per time), the waterproof capability is up to fourth grade, and oil-proof capability is up to six grade.9. If the fabrics washed were ironed, the functions will be obviously improved.10. Fabric after being treated is not suitable for washing and twisting with hands. Wash above 50times, the antifouling effect will keep over 95%.Instruction For Washing:1. Keep the fabric dry2. Spray or coat the antifouling composition through spraying or coating in the surface of the fabric that needs to be treated. Water content is not less than 20% (also can adopt soaking method).3. Airing or drying the fabric after being treated4. Carry out ironing at high temperature to the fabric after being treated and the temperature should be adjusted in terms of the principle not harm the fabric. The higher temperature, the better effect it is.5. Due to above features and functions, washing method of fabrics treated by nanometer technology is different that is not treated. The treated fabrics only need scrape with absorbent paper when it is polluted by oil stain.6. Fabrics treated by nanometer technology only can be washed by machine but washed by hand. Need to be ironed after washing.7. Textiles being coated and textiles made of glue fabrics are not suitable for this auxiliary. Suggested Dosage:1. For 400g per meter of wool and terylene cloth (terylene 90% and wool 10%), dosage is about 200g in large-scale manufacture of print works. 2. For 400g per meter of cotton knitting cloth, dosage is about 400g in large-scale manufacture of print works.3. For 400g per meter of cotton tatting cloth, dosage is about 300g in large-scale manufacture of print works.4. If spray the cloth, add about 50~100% dosage to it per meter.Application:Suitable for various outside materials, such as cotton, wool, silk, flax, mix spinning, synthetics and cloth with soft nap, etc. Not suitable for fabrics being coated pigment and synthesized by artificial gelatine.Note: Concentrate Type: add 5kgs pure water into 1 kg concentrate solution and mix round then can be well-used.
