 Product Feature | AMBIENT CONDITION
a?? The upper limit value of ambient air temperature should not exceed +40a??, the lower limit value should not lower than -5a??, and the average value within 24h should not exceed +35a??.
a?? The altitude of installation place should not exceed 2000m.
a?? When the max temperature in installation place is +40a??, the air relative humidity should not exceed 50%, it is allowed a higher relative humidity under lower temperature, for example: 90% when under 20a??. Please take special measure to deal with the dew caused by temperature changing.
a?? Pollution grade of installation place is grade 2.
STRUCTURE AND WORKING PRINCIPLE
a?? The circuit breaker is made up of double-contact mechanism, lever, assemble sleeve, saddle type thermosensitive element, spring, inlet and outlet terminals and contact. These components are installed on a bake lite enclosure.
a?? The circuit breaker will trip if there is over-current, the reset button jump upward and cut off the circuit, after fault is eliminated, push the operating lever and connect the circuit again
INSTALLATION, OPERATION AND PROTECTION
a?? Please pay attention to the following points before install the circuit breaker:
a. To check that the specification of circuit breaker is correct;
b. To check that the appearance of circuit breaker is intact;
c. To check that the button can work normally, push operating lever by hand for 2-3 times tomake sure that no jamming phenomenon during operation.
a?? Notice the marks that on the connection terminal during installing the circuit breaker.
a?? When the circuit breaker trips due to over-current, please eliminate the fault before pushing operating lever. And only the reset button is pushed on that the circuit breaker can be powered on and enters into normal working again.

They are suitable for circuit of AC60Hz with rated working voltage up to 120V, and rated current up to 15A, is UL489 recognized for branch circuit protection. As such, it shares the distinction of being the smallest unit available that is capable of withstanding a 5000A short-circuit.
