 Product Feature | AMBIENT CONDITION
a?? The upper limit value of ambient air temperature should not exceed +40a??, the lower limit value should not lower than -5a??, and the average value within 24h should not exceed +35a??.
a?? The altitude of installation place should not exceed 2000m.
a?? When the max temperature in installation place is +40a??, the air relative humidity should not exceed 50%, it is allowed a higher relative humidity under lower temperature, for example: 90% when under 20a??. Please take special measure to deal with the dew caused by temperature changing.
a?? Pollution grade of installation place is grade 2.
STRUCTURE AND WORKING PRINCIPLE
a?? The micros witch is mainly made up of instantaneous releasing mechanism, content, plunger and case and so on.
a?? The micros witch is a kind of electrical element that is instantaneous active type with single breaking point and three connections. It adopts NC and NO static contact, When the switch is operated under outside force (bumping piece), the force will compress the spring leaf of contacting bridge through operating piece until exceeding the dead point and realize normal open or normal close the contact and finally achieve instantaneous switching.
INSTALLATION, OPERATION AND PROTECTION
