Summary :

The SPFK compound switch is composed of three independent switches, is suitable for the work-break control of low-voltage reactive compensation capacity group. The basic operation principle of compound switch is connecting silicon-controlled and magnetism-guard relay in parallel fashion. Providing silicon-controlled zero-crossing throw and cut at the moment of turn-on and break, and contact switch has no power consumption in the course of turning.
1.Zero-crossing throw and cut : The basic operation principle of compound switch is connecting silicon-controlled and magnetism-guard relay in parallel fashion, realizing voltage zero-crossing break-over and current zero-crossing cut, providing advantages that silicon-controlled switch without flow in the moment of turn-on and break, and physical switch has no power consumption in the course of turning. Its realization method is: When throw, control the silicon-controlled firstly break-over at the moment of the voltage zero-crossing, then pick up and break over the magnetism-guard relay after stable, and first break magnetism-guard relay when cut, break silicon-controlled delay to zero-crossing, so as to realize current cut at zero-crossing.
2.Adopt SCM ( Single Chip Micyoco) controlling and throwing, and inteligently monitoring silicon-controlled, magnetism-guard relay as well as the running condition of input power and load, thus provide consummate protection function: Voltage fault lack protection: when system voltage lack supply power, switch rejects close. Supply voltage lack protection: when service power lack supply power, switch rejects close. Self-diagnosis fault protection: system automatically monitoring the running condition of the silicon-controlled, magnetism-guard relay, if fault appears, then rejects close or automatically exit throwing the cut. Power cut protection: when meet suddenly power cut after put through, automatically trip the separation.
3.Without harmonic wave pour into: because it is triggered zero-crossing by silicon-controlled at the moment of break over, pick up and break over by the magnetism guard relay after time delay, the relay can not produce harmonic wave when works.
4.Small power consumption: because used the magnetism-guard relay, so the control device only consumes at the movement of throw and cut, usually do not consume. Also because the contact resistance of magnetism-guard relay is small, thus do not give off heat, thus do not need radiator fin or fan, reduce cost. Thoroughly avoid the silicon-controlled burning down, also do not create harm to other simultaneously running machines, truly achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption falling.
5.Input signal and compound switch photo-electricity isolate: strong anto-jamming ability, safe and reliable operation.
