Here I introduce our refrigerated truck bodies briefly:
Our refrigerated bodies processed with dry-wet method is made of GRP and PU foam with all-closed structure that the GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic Fiber) outside and PU foam in the core.

Standard thickness:
Front/rear/side panel: 82mm roof/floor panel: 105mm
The thickness can be changed according to customer��s requirements.

The dimension of panel can be chosen at the follow range:
Length 0-15750mm
Width 0-3400mm
Thickness 25-135mm

The standard body is equipped with double opened rear door with stainless steel frame. Customers can choose other options such as refrigerated unit, side door, flooring, meat hook, partition wall within body, load retention, rolling door etc. Our products have been widely exported to India, Philippines, Pakistan, Yemen, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Peru, Australia, New Zealand, Tanzania as well as many other countries in Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America and Africa.


The main characters of our refrigerated & insulated bodies are as follows:

3�B High in strength and long life: 5 times longer than metal body.

Our products can be shipped in CBU (completely built up) and CKD (completely knock down) type.

We can also use our insulated panel to produce some other relative products such as Military Camping Container and Medical Rescue Shelter for Army, Emergency Mobile Telecommunication Truck for China Mobile and China Unicom, Catering Truck body for CAAC and Modular Container House etc.

The refrigeration unit (driven by truck engine) we produce can match 2m-10m bodies. The controllable temperature is -20�J.
