First, client provide design cad data to us in inquiry quotation, we will ask for at least 6 or 7 suppliers here providing cost to us and we will compare these costs and choose the best one. Then we will visit this supplier to confirm the cost is effective and review their factory to insure they have the ability to do the job. After we have finish this , we then provide us formal quotation to our client. So client and us are very sure the cost we supply is very reasonable.

When the project is confirmed to us, We will think about ,check , discuss and confirm every detail of the whole project with client carefully .Our engineer will discuss with the designer to explore new possibilities to find the most appropriate solution to questions of form, function, cost and quality. We give many very valuable proposals to client, our professional technical involvement will be added value to the project. then we will assign a engineer follow up the project specially and report client the project progress time by time ,as the project Leader, the engineer will control the whole project from start to finish. He will maintain regular communication and inform client of the project progress following our standard program. Prototypings

We work with trusted toolmakers locally to produce tooling in the shortest possible lead time and to achieve cost savings. Direct data transfer to toolmakers ensures integrity of design. Once tool requirements and specification have been established and the design engineered, we approve it to ensure the product design has not been compromised. With tooling underway we monitor its progress regularly to ensure any problems are identified and that it stays on schedule.

When the tooling is completed, we attend die trials in order to ensure the optimum parts are achieved before approving any off tool samples. These are then validated for their fitness and we initiate any modifications required. Only when we are completely satisfied with the parts, they are commissioned for initial production.
