My company here in Australia are looking for a manufacturer of 12-24volt dc motors.
The motor is to be high torque, and prefer to have forward and reverse option, and also two speeds available, either electrically or by manual gear lever. Final drive speeds are to be approximately 20rpm and 50rpm.
Motor cannot be larger than 100mm diameter.
Output shaft needs to be able to slide over a 15mm square shaft, so a coupling arrangment might be needed.
Motor is to have provision to be mounted to a 100mm diameter cyclinder.
A wiring loom is also needed to connect motor to a 12v-24v dc supply, 2 meters in length.
Also with an ON/OFF switch.
The motor and electric switch MUST be water proof, and be designed so they can be washed down with a hose. The case of the motor must be corrosion resistant.
After initial samples, orders will be in lots of 50 - 100 pieces, and increasing from there.
