- 1956 Founded in Taipei County; the first producer of malleable iron pipe fittings in Taiwan
- 1974 Established in Nanto County; produced stainless steel screwed fittings and castings.
- 1978 Established Hwashen Industrial Co.,Ltd.; producer of various packaging machines.
- 1980 Established International Hwashen Corporation as Export and Import Division.
- 1982 Established Taichung plant; produced stainless steel castings / fittings / valves.
- 1984 Established Taichung plant; produced stainless / carbon steel valves.
- 1992 Established Cangzhou plant in China; produced lost wax casting and 150lb. lost wax screwed fittings, valve's castings.
