Zhanjiang Zhengdu Industrial Co., Ltd. is equipped with eight production lines imported from Italian Bausano Group. We are a large-scale enterprise producing PVC sheets in Zhanjiang Economic & Technology Development Area of Guangdong Province. We provide all kinds of hi-tech architecture materials for decoration & ornament, such as PVC semi-foamed sheets and rigid PVC hollow profiles.
We strictly follow the formula designed by experts on the basis of different climates and production conditions, with an output of 12000T per year. Our sales networks cover hundreds of countries and regions, including Hong Kong, Taiwan area, Japan, Europe and the United States.

Manufacture process:
PVC foam board comprises of PVC resin, foaming agent, stabilizers, lubricants, plasticizers, fillers, impact modifiers, pigments and other additives. The ingredients are thoroughly mixed in the mixer and delivered to a silo from which they are produced by an advanced patented technique employing co-extrusion and foam technology.
