Here in COLORFUL, we commit to deliver quality-based processes from material texture, accessories, hand-made artefact, printing to final packaging through which stringent quality control is being carried out at every stage of the production cycle.
Organizational Structure & Management: Since our start-up, our management team has built an operating system geared towards high efficiency and productivity. Beside implemented the ISO9001-2000 system, we also adopted the ethical approach based on the teachings of Confucius. We strive for a continuous highly efficient operation environment in order to achieve consistency in the quality of our product.
Responsibility: Being responsible to customers and our employees, who in turn be responsible for ?their respective job, form our corporate core value. In COLORFUL, our value help enhance our objective of achieving high quality and productivity which then lower our production cost. Our company is currently working on SA8000.
Care & Sharing: In Colorful, we place an important emphasis on building close relationship among our staffs and we introduce a financial aid scheme to help our staffs who may encounter any unforeseen circumstances. In this way, our staffs feel a greater sense of security and belonging to the company. As our company progresses along the way, we plan to set up a Caring Trust fund, providing financial assistance to members of COLORFUL team and to those less- privileged in our society.
