Shenzhen Grandsun Electronic Co., Ltd., set up in 1997, is specialized in mould developing and manufacturing, cable processing, and producing of computer-used plastic plug and fitting joints. Now the company has more than 385 employees and possesses a 4500 square meters workshop located in the XinHe Industry Zone, Fuyong Town Baoan District,Shenzhen City Guangdong Province China. Company''s products are sold to many overseas customers such as Fuji Electric (Japan) and Electra (Israel) etc. In the year of 2001, Guan Xu was ranged in the top ten of tax-paying models among all private enterprises in Fu Yong Town.

STRENGTH BRINGING CONFIDENCE

In May 2002, our company''s Cable branch house was established in the Industrial Zone, Qiaotou Village, Fu Yong Town. This branch house has a 2500 square meters workshop and three sets of cable press tools introduced from UK and Taiwan which is leading the top cable press technology in the world, and also a set of through auto-inspection instrument. Based on the advanced technology, we have successfully produced the ATA33 and ATA66 high-speed signal transmission cables, which measure up to the standard of UL2651 and UL2678.

Also, we have well-trained staff and MRP II information management system, along with 17 sets of Taiwan Zanyang vertical injection molding machines, 19 sets of auto & semi-auto crimping machines and 12 sets of Cirris precision cable testing machines, by which we ensure to fully meet our customers'' expectations on our products'' quality and delivery.

Several sets of Taiwan FU QIANG XIN horizontal injection molding machines which have the precision of 0.1g, and other instruments such as spark machine enable us to develop the high-level moulds and continuously enhance our producing abilities on promote plugs and fitting joints.

Our Lab, equipped with air heating-cooling test machine, digital projectors, synthesis-testing machine for plugs and plug down-lead bending testing instrument, further guarantees the reliability of our products.
