Sepiolite mineral fiber
Its main characteristics is as follows:
1.Belong to the environmental protection product,free from pollution,the sepiolite can take instead of asbestos completely.
2.The fiber¡¦s pull is very big,the dispersion is quick,is 3 times than asbestos.
3.Melting point can reach 1750 Celsius degrees,burning to lose the quatity as 11%.
4.The fiber is soft and it disperses evenly. Its affinity with rubber, cement is very strong..It becomes a piece of board easily.
Use
1.Friction materials like: brake pad,brake shoe,gasket,and brake lining etc.
2.Sealing materials like: asbestos rubber board and non-asbestos rubber board.
3.Thermal insulation materials like: heat-preservation,fire-proof,wall coating materials.
4.Fiber cement materials like: fiber cement pressure board, fiber cement pipe.
5.Damp materials.
E-glass fiber
1.We can supply E-fiber glass from 0mm to 80mm.
Especially short fabric like:0.5mm,1mm,2mm,3mm..
2.The disperse speed of E-glass fiber is more quicker than the average fibers,it has good surface flowability and proportional spacing.
3.It's able to bear 600 degree of temperature. It is used widely in fireproofing materials!
4.The fiberglass can dissolve in rubber,gesso,asphaltum quickly.It can strong the sheets!

Kevlar fiber
1.Surface: buff 2.5mm pasty/pulp chopped fibers.
2.Temperature: often from 40¢J below zero to 260¢J, the altissimo temperature is 500¢J,and at 260¢J the fiber is never been changed.
3.Intensity: unit draw and extend intensity is 3800 newton.
4.Surface area rate: 12-14 square meter / g.
5.Use: The kevlar used widely in rubber, colophony,the important cement products,project plastic, special paper and so on.
