INTRODUCTION OF OUR FOUNDRY UNIT.
We are pleased to introduce our self as a ¡ùFieldmarshal¡ì group company. We are establishing our medium size mechanized foundry unit with modern plant and machineries. The capacity of our foundry unit is 800 MT per month.
Our foundry is totally mechanized having INDUCTOTHERM dual track 1 MT induction furnace, DISA make moulding machine ARPA 300 and ARPA 450 Two No Each, at present moulding box size is 550x500x225 and 700x600x200, Complete sand plant, Core Shooter and Shot blasting machines to produce and supply as cast and machined S.G.(Ductile) and C.I Casting as per international standards. If required, hand mould facilities are also built and will be able to cast weighing component up to 1200 to 1500 kg, in any shape & size can be produced in any required metal composition through induction melting process and precisely checked by Ferro Lab Analyzer for Carbon Silicon and other elements by Spectrometer. In NDT we have facilities of Di penetrate test and Hardness test.
