ZHENJIANG MARINE AUXILIARY MACHINERY WORKS, subordinate to China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC), specializes in producing deck machinery and life-saving equipment, and is the biggest one manufacturing life-saving equipment in Asia.
The works covers and area of 120,000 square meters and possess such producing techniques and testing systems as welding structure, heat treatment, assembly lines, great total-enclosed type blasting and temperature-constant spraying. The works aims at best quality and has got ISO9001:2000 quality system.
The works provides more than over 100 types of deck machinery, covers life-saving equipment, windlass and mooring winch, cargo handling equipment and other deck machinery. Life-saving equipment include gravity arm-luffing type davit, platform type davit, launching appliance for free-fall lifeboat and fast rescue boat launching appliance. Windlass and mooring winch include all kinds of electric, manual, electro-hydraulic winch. Cargo handling machinery include muti-purpose single-arm boat/raft davit, slewing crane, machine room crane, provision crane, oil pipe crane. Other deck machinery include accommodation ladder winch, handling system of diving bell. We are also able to repair big dock.
The products are in compliance with up-to-date SOLAS stipulations and other international standard, and approved by DNV, LR, ABS, GL, NK, BV, RINA, CCS, USCG, EC and so on.
The products are not only widely used in domestic and exported vessels, but also been sold to many countries and areas, including USA, Norway, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and so on. Many products are listed as science program of CSSC, and had been awarded the prize of science and technology improvement. The annual output of life-saving equipment top the list of the same trade in domestic. The lifesaving-appliance for fast rescue boat winch designed and manufactured by ourselves will be in to the market soon.
