Amoisonic Electronics was born in August 1981 of the first
joint venture between Xiamen City and Solid (Hong Kong)
Electronics Company, its ancestor company. The joint venture
was first registered under the new name in May 1997 and
listed at the Shanghai Stock Exchange on June 4th, 1997.
Current registered capital is RMB 358 Million and total
listed assets amount to RMB 1.1857 billion. The Company is
unswervingly set on its course of becoming a very major
player in the international arena. The Company's dedicated
private industrial park, covering some 2000,000 square feet,
is a new home for the 4000+ employees.
