1.Company Employees: more than 450 employees, consists of 30 managing staff, 80 engineering persons and 20 quality controllers.
2. Moulding Workshop Equipments: milling machine 26 sets,CNC 3 sets, wire-cut 2 sets, EDM 6 sets, water grinding machine 4 sets, lathe 2 sets, air compressor 2 sets, argon welding, etc.(production capability :50 sets moulds per month)
3. Production Injection Equipments:
1) injection machine 35 sets, in which 11 sets of Japanese machines and 24 sets of Hong Kong machines(mould clamping force :50 tons to 1250 tons).
2) Dust-free spraying cabinet 9 sets, silk-screen printing production line 2 sets, pad printing machines 5 sets.
4. Quality Control Equipments: compass, calliper, micrometer, magnifier, duro-meter, tensile-meter, high-low temperature tester, projector, etc.
