ZhangJiaGang Moya Special Textile Co., LTD is an integrated professional new & Special knitting fabric and high-class fashionable dress manufacture mill. Our Fabric:
l Poly/span, Nylon/span, Satin, swimsuit, lace, mesh series knitting fabric;
l High yarn count cotton/lycra , China viscose, Model, Tencel, Soybean Fiber, Bamboo Fiber, high-twisted rayon, Linen/cotton, Silk/linen ,wool, cashmere series fabric;
l Tactel, Supplex, Coolmax, Coolplus, Topcool etc functional brand series fabric;
l Printing, Bronzing, Burn-out printing, chase print, UV-cut, flame retardant, antibacterial finished and functional series fabric;
l Microfiber, super micro polar fleece, brushed tricot, panne velvet, knitted fleece series sportswear fabric;
Our garment:
l High class Luxury ladies underwear, sleepwear, Fashion dress with palettes and beads;
l Retro-fashion/ Vintage clothes: garment dyed, heavy stone washed, Enzyme washed, tie-dyed, embossing wrinkle.
l Sportswear: T-shirt, Golf shirt, jog, skiwear etc.
Now we have 28 pcs tricot machine imported from Germany (28G, 32G, 36G, 170inches and 210inches.) and 26 pcs weft knitting machine (14G, 18G, 24G， 26G， 28G，32G, 36G); and about 360 workers in knitting workshop; 100 workers in woven garment workshop, and 40 workers in fashion dress workshop, also have 5 sub-contract mill for printing, embroidering and washing.
Our output: 200 tons knitting fabric per month, 150,000 pcs knitted garment and 4000 pcs fashion dress per month.
