We are capable to handle critical and most complex shape forgings out high grade alloy and non-alloy steel(Weight range from 1.000 kilograme to 40 kilograme) catering to various industries like automotive, hitch balls, construction, railway, defence, mining, other general engineering goods, customised forgings etc.
We are fully equipped with the fleet of five drop hammers ranging between 1.0 metric ton to 3.0 metric ton capacity followed by in-house facilities like fully integrated tool room, fully automatic ISO-thermal heat treatment unit, gas carburising furnace. Beside this we have fully equipped laboratory for checking the composition of steel, hardenability/jominy value, macro/micro examination, non-destructive crack detection etc.

M/s Avon Spancer Moulton S.A. France: we are regular supplying forged dent guide for rubberised chain tracks for excavators/bulldozers etc.
M/s USD Formteiltechnik, Germany. We are supplying forgings as per their requirements for general hardware.
