Jiacheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd, a high-tech enterprise, was founded in 2000. It is not only a member of China Food Additive Association (CFAA) and China Alcoholic Drinks Industry Association (CADA), but also an executive director of Hubei Branch of CADA and Wuhan Branch of China National Food Industry Association (CNFIA).

Our company apply ourselves to researching biologic ferment technology and applying it to traditional industry such as health food product industry, drug industry, distilled spirit industry, condiments industry and ham and sausage industry all the while. The products produced by us we all have self-owned intellectual property right.

We have ten thousands m2 manufacture yard and 80% of our employees are technicians. We have exploited three series products such as functional red yeast rice, monascus pigments, glycos-esterifiable and so on. On the guarantee of external and technology, our annual output has achieved three thousands tons.

Our company products: (1) Functional yeast red rice can be used in health food products and drug, which can help depress blood triglyceride and cholesterin. (2) Red yeast rice and monascus pigment can be used in pigmentation of curing meat, food and ketchup. (3) Glycos-esterifiable monascus can be used in the manufacture of condiments such as sauce and vinegar, which will improve not only the finish-product?? color and taste, but also advance product output at the same time.
