Bliss Alliance Inc. (BA) was establish in Dhaka, Bangladesh with an objective of helping the poor community of the country and set a good name of Bangladeshi handicraft by utilising their skills, talents and craftmanship.

The first factory was built in Jamalpur, a small town in mid north-west of the country specialised in making traditional quilt.
Embroidery quilt in the west is called "Nakshi Katha" in native language, is the prime product of the company. It has a history of over thousand years. Making "Nakshi Katha" becomes like a festival during the winter season. The authantic designs of these quilts represent the nature, culture, history, life style of the villagers, festivals and the people of Bangladesh in general. The designs are done by the artist of the villages and also by our own co-workers who are not exposed commercially like the city artists. The art and designs are the reflects of the thoughts of the common people of Bangladesh.

As far the quality is concern, the fabrics are purchased directly from the manufacturer, who are mostly engaged in exporting to the west. To maintain the quality and international standard company has introduced the TQM monitoring system.
