Since 1986, we at Ningbo AUX Imp & Exp have focused only on floor-standing and wall-mount air conditioners. Our modern production base measures 166,000 square meters in area and is staffed by 10,000 employees. Twelve production lines produce 3.5 million wall-mounted and floor-standing air conditioners every year. We supply buyers in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America, driving our annual sales to reach $420 million. This makes us mainland China''s leading supplier of commercial and domestic air conditioners.
Superior R&D Facilities
Buyers and regulators demand environmentally safe products. That is why we invest heavily in R&D and use the finest equipment from Japan, Germany, Finland, Switzerland and Denmark. We test every prototype in fully computerized, all-weather emulation labs. Only those that work continuously for 6,000 hours (in 48 to -20 degrees Celsius and 95 percent humidity conditions) go into production.
Advanced Equipment
Our production lines include a noise spectrum analyzer from Denmark, a thermal balance machine, a hi-fi noise-testing apparatus, a Nikko condenser machine and a CNC machine from Finland. We turn out an average of one CFC-free air conditioner every 1.6 seconds.
Thorough QC
Japanese QC supervisors -- who have worked for Panasonic and Hitachi -- see to it that our product quality meets international standards, including CE, TUV and S-Mark.
