b. Meets the submitted sample which had been passed the certificating test in third-party institution for CE, GS, or UL approval.
c. Meets statutory and regulatory requirements, industrial and national / international standards---ensure that optimum standard is applied to your products.
d. Meets the Engineer Specification and Acceptance Criteria we prepared, etc.
Commodities Procurement
With our expertise and skill, we offer best ways to our customers on sourcing commodities they interest in, deal with and evaluate sourcing activities.
Supplier Assessment
Base on ISO 9001, SA 8000, ISO 14001 and RoHS, the assessment is to be carried out professionally, formal report will be issued in shortest time. Also, sourcing report will be issued if necessary.
Production Control
To ensure a smooth mass production, Astek assists her customer to monitor the whole producing process and interpose promptly in case of production exception.
Quality Control
Our quality management system is responded prior to production process. Our test engineer, quality engineer and inspector evaluate the advance sample, first sample of production and shipment sample in our in-house lab or at manufacturera??s site. Our quality engineer and inspector carry out pilot-run evaluation, reliability test, pre-production inspection ( including in-coming materials inspection, production facilities inspection, production procedures pre-view and SOP inspection, etc.), DPI & FRI against MIL-105E appointed by our customer, help to present corrective action for failed items. A detailed quality control plan is well prepared to ensure good quality output. Our QC team evaluates all the records and issues formal report for each inspection quickly.
