INDUSTRIAL PRODUCT DESIGN: Based on current market information, we constantly look for INNOVATIVE solution idea for existing products, improve the mechanism and simplify the manufacturing process. Our Engineers will be designing industrial product design based on the Market Needs.
PROTOTYPE: Developing prototype to ensure the engineering design works well. We use the following methods to develop our prototype:
Stereo lithography (SLA), Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), Urethane Castings, CNC Machining, Metal Stamping prototypes
PROTOTYPE TESTING: We will analyze the prototype for prediction of performance before actual tooling begins.
MANUFACTURING: Appropriate selection of manufacturing methods/processes for each production. This will ensure the cost effectiveness, quality, and production efficiency of the new product.
