Pro-Iroda's primary goals are to provide cost-effective advanced designed products worldwide with a strict focus on quality, customer service and support. To that end, Pro-Iroda maintains associate offices in North America and Europe to facilitate distribution, provide distributor/customer support in marketing, technical matters and consumer relations.
Pro-Iroda manufactures all of their tools at their ISO-9001 facility in Taichung where they also maintain their corporate headquarters, main warehouse, and engineering labs. Additional pre-production support is provided through associates worldwide for alpha and beta testing as well as for market research.
