Located in Jixiang Industrial Zone, Tangshan, Hebei, Tangshan Foundry & Machinery Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer mainly specialized in types of steel and iron castings and machinery and mould manufacturing in the meantime. Relying on strong technical strength, advanced production process, first-class detection means and strict quality control, we produce a series of qulified castings such as all kinds of carbon steel casting, high alloy heat-proof steel casting and high chromium cast iron. We own an asset of 50 millon and covers an area of 15 thousand squaremeters. There are three workshops in the company, including Resin Sand, Disappering mold casting and Numerical Die Machining. We have complete complement equipment such as 100 sets of production equipment and all kinds of inspection instruments.

In order to further improve the product quality and expand the market, the company introduced new equipment called a??high-precision casting production linea?? whose annual yield is 12000 tons. We invested 30 million RMB in this new project and introduced the whole set of horizontal parting flaskless injection moulding line from Tokyu Company in Japan. This project started from June, 2006, and has officially started of operation in Dec. 2006. The sand outline demension of the newly built AMF production line is 610*508*200 (cover die)/200mm (nowel). This production line can produce all kinds of iron castings below 30 kilograms. After completion of the project, our company will become a leading metallurgical spare parts manufacturer nationwide and a leading casting enterprise in Jidong Region.
