Jiangsu Xinglilai Special Steel Co., Ltd.
Jiangsu Xinglilai Special Steel Co., Ltd. Is one of the biggest manufactories that produce stainless steel coils, pipes, bars and wires. In December 1999, our company's first plant was completed. Its investment reached USD10, 000, 000 and it takes up an area of 106, 634 square meters. The total construction area is up to 50, 000 square meters. In February 2005, our company's second plant, with the investment of USD31, 000, 000, was nearly finished. And it takes up an area of 338, 519 square meters, while the finished construction area is up to 70, 000 square meters. When the second plant is put into production this year, 300, 000 metric tons stainless steel coils and 30, 000 metric tons stainless steel pipes and 30, 000 metric tons stainless steel bars and wires can be manufactured every year. The annual output value can reach USD1, 000, 000, 000.
Located in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, along the bank of Yangtze Delta, our company has excellent geographic location and convenient transportation, next to the Dainan Exit of Ningiingyan Expressway, which links Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Suzhou, Wuxi, Nanjing, Shandong, and Beijing. The exported goods can be transported to the world over from Shanghai Port or Taizhou Port.
Our company has introduced 50 full-automatic pipe-making production lines, polishing lines, chamfering lines, and many kinds of detect machines, such as eddy current machines, hydrostatic testing machines, and metallurgical phase analysis machines. The product specifications range from stainless steel pipes for petrochemical industry (1/4" to 40"), stainless steel mechanical tubes (diameter from 15.9mm to 114.3mm) and stainless steel square/rectangle tubes (size from 15mm x 15mm to 80mm x 80mm).
