The Jingda Tools and Measuring Instruments Co. Ltd which is located in Botou, Hebei province was founded in 1979 with the former name of Jiaohe Foundry. It has now become a middle-sized local heavy machine building enterprise covering the land of 14 thousand square meters among which there are 9.5 thousand square meters of construction area. It has more than 400 employees, among which there are 45 specialists of various professions, 10 high-title experts and 14 middle-title specialists. The company mainly produces 48 set of equipment, and there are complete equipment sets for lathing, milling, planning, grinding, drilling and boring. It is equipped with workshops of foundry, machining, and heat processing. Particularly, the foundry branch and machining branch has the advantages of high capacity of foundry and high ability of machining large pieces, which plays a leading role among the local companies in this sector. The foundry branch and machining branch cover a area of 600m2, being equipped with two sets of 20T hoists, two sets of 40T hoists, one set of 8T cupola, one set of 5T cupola, two drying stoves with the specification of 3.8*7*2.8 meters (width*length*height), one anneal kiln of 2.5*6*2.5 meters (width*length*height), and one set of advanced vibrating ageing machine. There are also standard and complete physical and chemical test room and material testing machines, as well as equipment and measures for quick test at the stoves, which provides reliable guarantee for quickly adjust the Iron-water to meet the component content requirements of materials.
During the workshop section of using giant stove, our specialists together with experienced technicians consummate the strict processing of burden and molten iron gestation before the stove for various casts. This lays a solid foundation for achieving the material requirements of various casts. The foundry branch can provide various casts whose single piece weight reaches 50t, and its annual production capability is 3000t. The max machining dimension of the heavy machine factory is 12*4.1*2.5 (length, width, height). The large machining equipment includes more than 10 sets of machines, such as the X2032 gantry milling machine, the B2020 gantry planer, B225 gantry planer, the Z30100, Z3080 rocker drill presses, and the X3810, X3510 end surface milling machines, etc.
The main products of our company include: large cast iron plates, inspection plate, lineation plates, combination plates, machine fittings for mines and metallurgy sector, elevator leading tracks, desulfurizing cabinet, coke oven cast iron, erection oven iron pieces and cast iron towers, etc. And our products are sold to more than 20 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions through the country.
