A Quality Mould Industrial Ltd is a major mold making facility located in Huangjiang, Dongguan, GuangDong, China, the hub of mold making in South China. We are in the key locations.
Since our humble beginning in 1995, we have grown carefully and steadily to our present 27,000 square meters mould making factory, with over 300 highly trained staff. We build a wide range of molds to fit anywhere from 25 ton press to 1000 ton. Our expertise is both automotive and consumer oriented products etc.
To meet with our clients' more needs, we built an additional factory in 2002, for specialized in injecting molding parts and second tooling. So far, we have introduced 40 sets of injection machines of DEMAG and NISSEI, including nitrogen injection machines for precise products, the minimum thickness of products can reach 0.25mm. We offer second tooling such as silk-screening , spray-paint, ultrasonic welding and assembling efficiently in house
