Well Mold and Plastic Products Co. LTD, is a manufacturer of plastic injection mold and plastic parts. established in 1999 by rich experienced CNC engineers. Our company has 120 employees,At present we are building new factory which will cover 23000 M2. We will install some new machines at our new factory ,such as : 10 injection machines with big clamping force, 1 imported computer-controlled Wire-cutter, 1 ZNC EDM machine , 1 high-speed CNC machine,1 3D instrument, etc.

We have the following precision equipment: 5 CNC, 10 EDM, 5 Wire-Cut, 15 Milling machine, 5 Grinding machine, 1 Lathe, 2 Drill press, 1 Check apparatus, 8 Injection machine etc.

We have adopted the advanced CAD/CAM/CAE designing and manufacturing flow chart, being used process software such as Master-cam, Auto-CAD, Pro-E, UG, Solid-works and so on. Adopting numerical control equipment such as CNC and E.D.M, which help us to guarantee the reliable quality to meet customer"s different demands.

We not only design and make molds, but also have a moulding department with 18 sets of plastic injection machines, its size are between 80 T and 500 T. We have made some plastic parts , such as computer parts, electronics parts, medical device parts,etc; we are very skilled in such materials: ABS, PP, POM, NYLON, HDPE, PVC, HIPS, TPU, TPR, etc

Most of our molds and plastic products are exported to America, France, England, Germany, Israel, Russia etc.
