Hier company provides dish spring complying with GB/T1972-92 and DIN6796 standard and other kinds of non-standard ones according to the customers` requirement. The commonly used materials are 60Si2MnA, 50CrVA, 60Si2CrA and all kinds of anti-corrosion, high(low) temperature-bearing stainless steel materials.
The dish spring is small in volume, strong in load capacity, easy to combine and can transmit the load concentratively. By using the monolithic inbolution combination, we can obtain different curves.
The dish spring can take the place of the column helical spring in the mechanical profession, which shows the characteristics in mini-design and multi-function of new product(main engine). If in the direction of load function, the small deformation standing big load, the axial space would be tight.
Comparing with other kinds of spring, the deformation energy of unit volume is big, so the dish spring has the good ability incushioning and absorbing shakes. Especially by using folds combination, due to the surface friction, the absorbability and ability in dissipating the energy is more remarkable.
