Hot dip galvanized lighting poles with frost pattern

Hot-dip galvanized artistic street lighting poles with frost-pattern :
1. The design of conical or multi-sided lighting poles is in compliance to the British lighting columns specification BS EN40 (BS5649)
2. Lighting poles are seam welded by automatic continuous submerged arc welding process.
3. Lighting poles are anti-corroded by hot-dip galvanization inside and outside, in compliance to galvanizing standard BS EN ISO 1461 (BS729). The thickness of zinc is over 60um(microns). Optional polyester powder coating after hot-dip galvanization. Any color upon request.
4. Material:
Q235 (Chinese standard)
Yield strength: Min.235Mpa
SS400(Japanese standard)
Yield strength: Min. 235 Mpa
Q345 (Chinese standard)
Yield strength: Min. 345 Mpa
ASTM A572 Gr65 (American standard)
Yield strength: Min. 450Mpa
5. pole dimension, arm shape, service door shape and dimension are either to follow our usual poles or to be custom design.
6. welding procedure has been certified by AWS(American Welding Society ) and our welders have got corresponding certificate after testing and inspection.
