Billon CNC brake disk vertical lathe is mainly used in processing turning plate parts, such as wheel of locomotives , direction , generator end cove ,automobile motorcycle wheel hub , brake disk ,etc . The machining process can realize double processing at the same time , insert the knife processing and improve the efficiency of 80% (unique knife device , tool change time for 5s).

1. Adopt Taiwan heavy-duty linear rolling guide and ball screw with fast speed and high machining accuracy .
2. The machine can realize two knives process at the same time .
3. Main shaft uses imported bearings (NSK/FAG), Germany KLUBER advanced grease , which makes it high precision and long service life .
4. The diameter of lead screw is increased 1.5 to 2 times, so that it increases the driving force and enhances cutting rigidity.
5. 5.Lathe adopts advanced pre-positive chip removal, it doesn’t destroy the whole rigidity of lathe. You can also add automatic chip removal device.
6. 6.Lathe adopts fully enclosure hood, it is very elegant.
7. 7.It adopts automatic lubrication device without maintenance.
